2 Weeks before the Move

- Secured marriage and birth certificates
- Fulfilled all outstanding loan agreements
- Arranged forwarding address for all mailings

- Cleaned all outdoor tools/furniture

- Ensured toiletries & basic hygenic requirements are available
- Emptied & cleaned fridge & freezer
- Confirmed time of arrival
- Loosened fitted carpets
- Ensured availability of passport, visa & vaccination certificates
- Listed unaccompanied baggage
- Safekeep keys to trunks, cases, etc
- Ensured availability of all necessary receipts
- Reserved sufficient cash for your journey
- Obtained addresses of friends, relatives, contact persons, etc
- Obtained address of mover’s agent at destination.
